2013 Members of the Board of Directors
of Eeyou Economic Group/CFDC Inc.
The EEG/CFDC Inc. Board of Directors is comprised of 10 members; Economic Development officers from each Cree community.
A Director is appointed by the Chief and Council of
their respective community.The Chief and Council appoints the Economic Development Officer of their community, through a Band Council resolution to sit on the Board of Directors of EEG and be a representative of that community.
A Director whose office has ended may be
re-elected.
The Directors, shall from among the ten
elected members, elect the President and Vice-President of the
Corporation. The Directors may also appoint any other Officer or
Manager of the Corporation such as the Secretary, the Treasurer as well
as assistants to them.
